Discovery Boulevard provides digital services only. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how and when our services are delivered after payment.
1. Workshops and training
- Sessions are delivered live online. Joining links and instructions are sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number after payment and before the session starts.
- Pre-session materials such as installation guides are shared before the first session.
- Recordings, PDF guides and scripts included with a program are shared digitally after the relevant session.
- Certificates are issued by email after the program is completed.
2. Research services and software
Deliverables, milestones and timelines for research services, consultancy and software deployments are set out in the quotation or agreement for each project. Results and reports are delivered electronically, and software is installed or delivered as agreed with the client.
3. Delays and non-receipt
If you have not received a joining link or deliverable when expected, please check your spam folder and then contact support@discoveryboulevard.com. We will resend it or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
