This policy explains how cancellations, credits and refunds work for Discovery Boulevard workshops, masterclasses and institutional packages.
1. Masterclasses, workshops and one-day events
- Fees are non-refundable once paid.
- If you cancel at least 72 hours before the event starts, we will issue a Masterclass Credit for the amount paid, valid for 90 days and usable for any upcoming Discovery Boulevard event.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event, or non-attendance, are not eligible for credit.
2. Institutional packages
Cancellations by the institution are converted to session credits as follows:
- More than 2 months before the start date: 100% of the fee as session credits, valid for 1 year.
- Between 2 months and 15 days before the start date: 75% as session credits, valid for 1 year.
- Within 15 days of the start date: 50% as session credits, valid for 1 year.
- After the program has started: no refund or credit.
3. Rescheduling institutional sessions
Changes to agreed session dates need at least 15 days' notice. Changes with shorter notice may incur an additional charge of 5% to 30% of the package fee, depending on the notice given and costs already committed.
4. If we cancel
If Discovery Boulevard cancels a workshop or session, you will receive a learning credit for the full amount paid, valid for 1 year, or the option to join the rescheduled date.
5. Exceptional circumstances
Refunds outside these rules may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
6. Processing credits
Session and learning credits are issued within 30 working days of an approved cancellation.
7. Non-refundable costs
Travel, accommodation and logistics costs connected with any program are the responsibility of the client and are not refundable.
8. How to request
Email support@discoveryboulevard.com with your name, the program, the payment reference and your reason. We will confirm receipt and the outcome by email.
