Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• "Discovery Boulevard", "we", "us" or "our" means Discovery Boulevard, an MSME registered in India (UDYAM-MN-05-0023854), Imphal, Manipur.
• "Services" means the website, our research services and consultancy, software and pipeline deployments, workshops, training programs, recordings and related materials.
• "You" means the individual, or the institution or organisation on whose behalf an individual acts, that accesses or purchases the Services.
• "Affiliate" means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where control means ownership of 50% or more of the voting shares.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration and payment information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for any activity under your registration or account and for keeping any access links or credentials confidential.

3. Payments

Fees are shown on the relevant registration page or quotation and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayPal. We do not store your card or bank details. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Use of training materials and software

Workshop recordings, guides, scripts, templates and software are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial learning or, for institutional and project clients, as set out in the applicable agreement. All content remains the property of Discovery Boulevard and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

• Do not share, resell, publish or redistribute recordings, materials or access links.
• Do not remove or alter copyright or trademark notices.
• Do not separate images, audio, video or graphics from their accompanying text for reuse.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from software we provide, except where the law expressly allows it.

5. Research services and projects

Scope, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality and ownership of results for research services, consultancy and software deployments are set out in the quotation, contract or collaboration agreement for that engagement. Where that document conflicts with these Terms, the signed document prevails.

6. Third-party websites and tools

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites, software and platforms (for example video-conferencing, messaging and payment services). We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse materials or disrupt a session.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Computational predictions, docking scores and other results are research aids and do not replace experimental validation. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free or that results will meet a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Service concerned, or INR 1,000 if you have not purchased anything. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits or research outcomes.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For significant changes we will give at least 30 days' notice on this page before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
